Relationship Manager - MF
- Loan Disbursement Targets: Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for micro-loan generation and customer acquisition. [1]
- Portfolio Quality & Delinquency Control: Maintain low Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and ensure minimum delinquency by keeping track of timely repayments. [1]
- Group Formation & Management: Conduct regular village/field visits, establish and train Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), and run disciplined center meetings. [1]
