Job Description
- Restaurant Captain – Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)Guest Service: Welcome guests and ensure excellent dining experiences.
- Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Table Management: Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Team Coordination: Guide food runners and service staff.
- Food Service: Ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints.
- Kitchen Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
- Upselling: Recommend menu items and promote special dishes.
- Service Standards: Maintain hygiene, grooming, and restaurant SOPs.
- Reporting: Report operational issues and guest complaints to supervisors.
