· Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Prepare client invoices, legal fee bills, and follow up for outstanding payments.
· Reconcile bank statements and monitor firm bank accounts.
· Maintain records of advocate fees, court fees, stamp duty, filing charges, and other legal expenses.
· Maintain petty cash and monitor office expenses.
