Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial records for our Thane office. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently with accounting software.

• Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts, including sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries, and journal vouchers.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and outstanding follow-ups.
• Assist with monthly closing, MIS reports, cash-flow tracking, and financial statements.
• Manage GST-related records, returns, reconciliations, and input tax credit documentation.
• Support TDS calculations, return preparation, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain payroll-related records and assist with salary processing as required.
