1. Vendor Ledger reconciliation.

2. Verification of E Invoices for the clients.

3. Tally Entries & basic GST, TDS knowledge

4. Site Expense daily update and validation of Site Team (Expenditures & Advances cross check & clearance)

5. Purchase Certifications with Vendor Bills Verification.

6. Vendor & client communication, via Telephonic, Mail etc.

7. Excellent typing speed And Accuracy Essential.

8. Debit - credit note, Online / offline Payments (NEFT/ RTGS/ Net banking).

9. Sales Recovery sheets to be generate.

10. Respond to inquiries as needed to resolve problems to maintain work quality in cost center accounting and records management

11. Understanding of files systems and file types.

12. Knowledge of internet and safe browsing practices
