Job OverviewJSB Wealth Management Private Limited is hiring Back-end Executives to support internal operations and assist the customer support team. The role involves handling backend processes, maintaining records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage backend operations and documentation
- Maintain and update customer records and data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in customer support and query resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support the team in achieving company goals and service standards
