Job Description

  • Safely operate the company bus for employee pickup and drop services.
  • Transport employees between Thane Station and Wagle Estate as per the assigned schedule.
  • Follow all assigned routes, pickup/drop points, and shift timings.
  • Report on time before the start of every assigned shift.
  • Ensure safe and comfortable transportation of all employees.
  • Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
  • Conduct basic daily vehicle checks before starting the trip, including brakes, tyres, lights, horn, mirrors, fuel, and other essential components.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the bus.
  • Immediately report any vehicle breakdown, accident, mechanical issue, or safety concern to the Transport Supervisor.
  • Maintain daily trip sheets, vehicle logbooks, and other required records.
  • Handle employee boarding and drop-off in a safe and orderly manner.
