Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Responsibilities:

·      Generate new business leads for recruitment, staffing, payroll and HR services.

·      Search and identify potential companies through Naukri, LinkedIn, Google, company websites and other platforms.

·      Find and connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Heads, Admin Heads and Business Owners.

·      Make calls, send WhatsApp messages and emails to prospective clients.

·      Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.

·      Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.

·      Follow up regularly with potential clients and arrange meetings.

·      Achieve monthly lead-generation and client-meeting targets.

Requirements:

·      Good communication skills.

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

·      Comfortable using LinkedIn, Naukri and internet-based research.

·      Good follow-up skills.

·      Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

·      Prior experience in recruitment / staffing / B2B sales will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

·      Daily new company leads generated.

·      Daily HR contacts identified.

·      Calls / WhatsApp / email outreach.

·      Qualified leads generated.

·      Client meetings arranged.

·      New business opportunities created.
