Job Description
A Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the business by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Outreach & Networking: Making cold calls, sending targeted emails, and attending industry events to build a network.
- Pitching & Presenting: Conducting meetings, delivering product/service presentations, and creating tailored proposals.
- Relationship Management: Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
