Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesClean and process fresh fish and seafood as per customer requirements.
- Descale, gut, cut, fillet, steak, or portion fish as required.
- Remove head, fins, tail, bones, and skin as per the product specification.
- Ensure proper portion size and minimize product wastage.
- Follow customer-specific cutting instructions accurately.
- Check the freshness and quality of fish before processing.
- Handle knives and cutting equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the processing area and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize cutting tables, knives, tools, and other equipment.
- Properly store processed fish at the required temperature.
- Coordinate with the Picker Packer and Operations team to complete orders on time.
- Inform the supervisor about any quality, stock, or processing issues.
