CCTV Technician & Intercom Technician

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, intercom, and VDP (Video Door Phone) systems

Perform site surveys and recommend suitable security and communication solutions

Troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues

Ensure proper cabling, wiring, and system integration

Provide technical support and maintenance services (AMC)

Monitor system performance and ensure uptime

Coordinate with clients for installation, servicing, and issue resolution

Maintain service reports and documentation

Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR

Experience with intercom and VDP systems

Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle fieldwork and client coordination
