Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to manage store sales, billing, and customer queries. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain Clezo services

• Billing, order entry, and basic Excel handling

• Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and order tracking

• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and complaints

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
