Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end handling of Real Estate Finance Proposals – Construction Finance, Lease Rental Discounting, Project Loans, Working Capital Loans, etc.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis:

  • Build, review, and interpret detailed cashflow models
  • Conduct stress testing and covenant analysis
  • Evaluate collateral adequacy, project viability & repayment capability
  • Preparation of comprehensive Credit Appraisal Notes, IMs, Due Diligence Reports & TEV inputs
  • Coordination with clients, lenders (Banks/NBFCs/AIFs), legal, technical & other third-party agencies during the underwriting and sanction process
  • Support negotiation of deal structures aligned with borrower needs and lender requirements
  • Track disbursements, project progress, compliance conditions & post-sanction monitoring
  • Maintain strong industry insights on real estate market trends, developer performance & regulatory updates
  • Ensure documentation, data security & compliance in all transactions
