Join our team as a Customer Service Representative handling inbound customer queries for Axis Bank. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and identify smart product recommendations to help customers manage their banking needs.

📋 Job Overview

• Role: Customer Service Representative
• Client: Axis Bank (Third Party Payroll)
• Location: 4th Floor, I-Think by Lodha, Near Xperia Mall, Palava, Dombivali
• Shift: Rotational 9-hour shift (Within a 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM window)
• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational off per week

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Answer incoming queries from bank customers regarding their accounts.
• Service Excellence: Provide high-quality service and clear info about various bank products.
• Cross-Selling: Suggest relevant financial products and services based on customer eligibility.
• Issue Resolution: Solve customer issues quickly while maintaining a professional attitude.

🎓 Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Any graduate (Candidates with Science, Engineering, or IT backgrounds are not eligible).
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mindset: Customer-first attitude with a natural ability to spot sales opportunities.

💰 Salary and Benefits

• In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month
• Allowance: ₹1,000 monthly travel allowance
• Incentives: Uncapped performance incentives

🚪 Interview Process

Interviews are conducted daily between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM. The selection process includes three rounds:

1. HR Round (Initial screening)
2. SVAR Assessment (Voice and communication test)
3. Final Round (Operations interview)
