* Position: Customer Service Executive

* Qualification: HSC Pass & Above

* Experience: Prior customer service experience is mandatory

* Communication: Excellent English (Versant Level 5) and Hindi

* Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 In-Hand

* Shift: General Shift

* Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

* Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

* Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

💼 Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through appropriate communication channels as per process requirements.

* Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

* Maintain professional communication in English and Hindi.

* Understand customer requirements and resolve issues promptly.

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.

* Follow company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.

* Meet daily performance targets and maintain service quality.

✅ Required Skills

* Excellent English communication skills (Versant Level 5).

* Good Hindi communication skills.

* Previous experience in a customer service process is compulsory.

* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to work in a rotational weekly-off schedule.
