Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
