Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls related to insurance sales/service (end-to-end process)
  • Assist customers with policy details, renewals, and queries
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales (if applicable)
  • Maintain follow-ups and customer relationships
  • Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
  • Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer experience



Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance (End-to-End process mandatory)
  • Average communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
  • Good understanding of insurance products/process
  • Basic computer knowledge
