Job Title: Home Visit Dental Assistant (DA)Job SummaryClove Dental is looking for Male Candidates for the position of Home Visit Dental Assistant (DA) to support dentists during home-based dental consultations and procedures.

The Dental Assistant will accompany and shadow the dentist during home visits, assist with patient preparation and clinical procedures, manage dental instruments and equipment, and ensure that all required materials are available for providing safe and efficient dental care at the patient's location.

• Key Responsibilities
• Accompany and assist the dentist during scheduled home visits.
• Shadow the dentist and provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Prepare and arrange dental instruments, equipment, and consumables required for each visit.
• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures as instructed.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of dental instruments.
• Maintain appropriate infection-control and hygiene standards during home visits.
• Ensure all required dental materials and consumables are carried for scheduled visits.
• Assist in setting up and organizing the treatment area at the patient's location.
• Support the dentist in maintaining patient comfort and providing a positive patient experience.
• Handle and dispose of clinical waste safely as per Clove Dental's protocols.
• Clean, pack, and safely store instruments and equipment after each visit.
• Maintain basic records and documentation related to home visits, as required.
• Coordinate with the clinic/operations team regarding visit schedules and requirements.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients and their family members.
• Follow all Clove Dental clinical, safety, infection-control, and operational guidelines.
• Candidate Requirements : Male candidates only.

• Minimum qualification:
• 10th/12th pass or relevant dental/healthcare assistant certification.
• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant, Clinic Assistant, or in a healthcare setting will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of dental instruments and infection-control practices is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for patient home visits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and patient-friendly approach.
• Ability to follow instructions and work closely with dentists.
• Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
