Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, organised professional to manage incoming enquiries, client follow-ups, and schedule, and content coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities are calling incoming inquiries, understand their requirements, identify suitable products/services, and shortlist qualified prospects.
  • Schedule client meetings, maintain enquiry records, and follow up on discussions, proposals, and pending actions.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, reminders, and daily priorities.
  • Coordinate with social media teams to ensure content is ready, approved, and published on time.
  • Total Genix's client meetings, maintaining records and tracking deliverables.

Ideal CandidateExcellent communication, strong organisational skills, confidence in client calling, and consistent follow-through. Experience in business development, executive assistance, client servicing, or content coordination preferred.
