Job Description

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative based (Salon Industry) with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales. The role also involves analyzing market trends, discovering new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to support business objectives.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
  • Strong Communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
