Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.

Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and premium details.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Convince customers and close sales over the phone.

Achieve daily call and sales targets.

Update customer information and call details in the CRM/system.

Do regular follow-ups with interested customers.

Follow company sales process and compliance guidelines.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper assistance.
