About the Job:

We are hiring HR Executives for our hospital units to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, staff engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and ensure smooth HR processes as per hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment and interview coordination
• Employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintaining attendance, leave, and HR records
• Coordinating with departments for staffing requirements
• Assisting in payroll inputs and employee documentation
• Managing employee engagement and grievance handling
• Ensuring compliance with hospital HR policies
• Preparing HR reports and maintaining databases

Eligibility

• Graduation mandatory (BBA / BMS / B.Com / Any Graduate)
• MBA HR preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Hospital experience preferred
• Freshers may also apply
