Job Profile: Import Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import documentation and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters.
- Follow up on customs clearance, delivery orders, and cargo delivery.
- Track shipments and update clients on shipment status.
- Maintain import records and ensure timely document submission.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of import procedures and EXIM documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
