Influencer And Event Manager

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, responsible, and energetic individual who can manage and represent the brand during events while also handling influencer collaborations and event-related activities. The role requires someone who is comfortable interacting with different people, coordinating with influencers and clients, and ensuring events run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Hosting: Host and anchor events, engage with the audience, make announcements, introduce guests, and maintain a lively and positive atmosphere.

Event Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.

Influencer Management: Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations, campaigns, promotions, and event appearances.

Client & Guest Coordination: Communicate professionally with clients, guests, influencers, vendors, and event teams.

Event Coordination: Handle registrations, guest management, schedules, backstage coordination, and other on-ground responsibilities.

Follow-ups: Coordinate with influencers, clients, and vendors before and after events and ensure commitments are completed on time.

Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations during events calmly and find quick, practical solutions.

Brand Representation: Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive image while interacting with guests, influencers, and clients.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is confident, well-spoken, presentable, socially active, and comfortable being around people. The candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, be responsible with assigned tasks, have a creative approach, and be willing to work flexible hours during events.

Experience of 1 year/ skills preferred 

Experience in hosting, anchoring, event management, influencer marketing, or social media is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in interacting with new people.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Teamwork and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of Instagram/social media and influencer marketing.
