Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates with strong English communication skills and relevant experience in the Life Insurance Sales process. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle life insurance sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Communicate with prospective customers to understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain life insurance products, benefits, terms, and features to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and process requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Life Insurance Sales or a similar sales process.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
