Job Description
💼 Opening: VIP Plus – Customer Service + Renewals (Night Shift)
🕒 Interview Timings : 10 AM – 3 PM
✅ Requirements:
* Excellent English & Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Punjabi
* Min. 1 year international customer service Exp mandatory (night shift)
* Male candidates only (Age 23–37)
🎓 Qualification: SSC / HSC Pass or above
🔸 5 Days working,
🚫 2 rotational off (Between monday to friday)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Unlimited Incentives + Night Allowance
🕒 Fix Shift : 11 PM – 8 AM
📌 Roles & Responsibilities – Customer Service & Renewals (Shaadi.com)
* Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers
* Suggest suitable matches/profiles based on customer requirements
* Assist users with profile, matches & account-related queries
* Convince existing customers to renew membership plans
* Build strong customer relationships & ensure satisfaction
* Achieve renewal targets and revenue goals
* Maintain call quality & ensure timely follow-ups
