Position: Telecalling Executive

Reporting To: Deputy Manager – Personal Loan

*🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities*

Calling potential customers and explaining Bajaj Finance Personal Loan products.

Collecting and verifying basic customer information for eligibility check.

Maintaining daily calling reports and follow-up status.

Coordinating with the sales and credit team for loan file processing.

Building and maintaining good customer relationships.

Achieving daily and monthly targets for loan conversion.

*🧠 Key Skills Required*

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of loans and finance (training will be provided).

Ability to work on Excel / CRM software.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

*💰 Salary & Benefits*

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives & contests

Work Timings: 9.30AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
