Manager - Product - Secured Business Loans - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - MM

1.Required an 2-3 yrs experienced Product Manager to participate in the creation of loan portfolio in Secured Business Loan_Micro LAP - up to a ticket size of Rs.15lakhs. The primary requirement of this position is to take end-to-end ownership for creating the Secured Business Loan_Micro LAP portfolio.

2.The Product Manager should have previous experience in end-to-end product management and main responsibilities will include defining the product strategy & roadmap, gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall customer experience. Ideal candidates should have experience in NBFCs in small business loans (SBL/MSMEs). Experience in launching digital lending products would be preferable.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Knowledge of Secured Lending in past. Preferable if the candidate has mortgage/LAP experience in past
2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in application form, workflows, policies etc.
3. Defining new processes and documenting of processes related to the loan life-cycle
4.Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required, including improvement in end-to-end login-to-disbursement turnaround time 
5. Strategically responsible for customer experience - Innovation, Conceptualize and Implement Digitization of customer service framework, Product development and management, New CRM implementation and integration, Automation of customer service processes, and redesigning of core system to support mobility
6. Taking complete ownership of user experience across all our products
7.Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects
8.Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
9.Research new technological trends so as to figure out how to incorporate them into products
10.Facilitate team input into various stages of product development and design

Qualification and other skills requirements :

1.Experience as a Product Manager or nearly similar role in Bank / NBFC or FI in SME segment

2.Experience in product lifecycle management, digital onboarding and digital lending experience preferable

3.2-3 years' experience in NBFC/BFSI/MFI sector

6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7.Strong Interpersonal skills

8.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

9.Enthusiasm for work, willingness to pitch in as needed, and a flexible approach to the working environment is essential 

10.Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT.
