NICU RMO – Full Time
Freedom Fighter Hakim Ajmal Khan Hospital, Mumbra, a unit of Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., is hiring NICU RMOs for its Neonatal & Pediatric Services.
Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS
Experience: 2–7 Years, with NICU / Pediatric Critical Care experience preferred
Location: Kausa, Mumbra, Thane
Employment: Full-Time
Duty: Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate joining preferred
Salary: Best in Industry / Negotiable based on qualification & experience
Key Responsibilities
* NICU patient monitoring and day-to-day clinical management
* Assist Neonatologists / Pediatricians in managing premature and high-risk newborns
* Neonatal emergency and resuscitation support
* Monitoring vitals, oxygen therapy and treatment orders
* Coordination with consultants and NICU nursing team
* Maintain complete clinical documentation and progress notes
* Follow infection-control, patient-safety and NABH protocols
* Immediate escalation of deterioration or emergencies to the concerned consultant
