Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily administrative and housekeeping activities of the office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and capable of maintaining a clean and organized workplace while assisting staff with routine office tasks.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
- Handle courier dispatches and collect incoming parcels or documents.
- Purchase office supplies and pantry items as required.
- Ensure pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas are clean and stocked.
- Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
- Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the administration team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Admin or HR department.
