Job Tittle : Operations Executive – Crane Rental Services (Overview)

Job Description :

We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle day-to-day crane rental operations. The role involves planning crane and equipment movements (shifting to and from sites), coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring documentation & compliance, and tracking daily activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and monitor movement of cranes and equipment between sites.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, and on-site teams.
• Maintain reports, permits, and compliance records.
• Track equipment health, fuel usage, and manpower deployment.
• Support billing with job details and expense tracking.
• Any other task also will be handed over according to the requirements.

Requirements :

• Proficient in advanced excel and Goggle Sheets.
• Possess Graduation Certificate.
• Strong English Communication(Spoken and Written) and Co - ordination skill is a must.  
• Attention to detail and follow - up discipline.
