• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a warm, premium shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences, requirements and budget to recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, styles and collections.
• Assist customers with styling and outfit recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and ensure the store is always well presented.
• Manage trial rooms, product displays, stock movement and basic store operations.
• Handle billing and customer queries professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of grooming, communication and customer service.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly business targets.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fashion retail, premium/luxury retail, apparel or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Confident, energetic and target-driven personality.
• Good understanding of men’s fashion and styling is an advantage.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced mall retail environment.
