Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations, client communication, quotation preparation, and order coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDraft professional emails and communicate with clients regarding sales enquiries, follow-ups, and order updates.
• Prepare and share quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain sales records, client databases, quotations, and order documentation.
• Follow up on pending quotations and assist in converting enquiries into business.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in email drafting and professional business communication is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in quotation preparation and pricing is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be preferred.
