Job Description
Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Thane West
Experience: 1–6+ Years
Salary: ₹18k–₹22k per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Identify and develop new corporate clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals/quotations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales/business development preferred.
- Experience in security, facility management, manpower, or staffing services will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
