Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to manage and improve the organic search performance of client and internal websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and link building, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research & SEO Strategy

• Perform keyword research aligned with business goals.
• Identify ranking opportunities and map keywords to pages.
• Monitor keyword rankings and traffic performance.

On-Page SEO

• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal links.
• Improve content structure and readability for SEO.
• Optimize images and page elements for search engines.

Technical SEO

• Monitor and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, and broken links.
• Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO-friendly architecture.

Content Optimization

• Optimize blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
• Coordinate with content writers for SEO-driven content.
• Ensure correct keyword usage and search intent alignment.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Build quality backlinks through ethical SEO techniques.
• Perform outreach, guest posting, directory listings, and PR submissions.
• Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links if required.

Local SEO (If Applicable)

• Optimize Google Business Profile.
• Manage local citations and NAP consistency.
• Improve local map rankings and handle reviews.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations for growth.

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Analyze competitor strategies and keyword gaps.
• Track industry trends and Google algorithm updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
• Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of WordPress SEO (Yoast / Rank Math).
• Understanding of content marketing and CRO.
