About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Ward Nursing Team. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and confident in providing quality nursing care while working closely with doctors and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and quality nursing care to admitted patients.
  • Monitor vital signs and patients' clinical condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate nursing and patient documentation.
  • Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital SOPs.
  • Manage patient admission, transfer, discharge, and handover.
  • Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care and treatment instructions.
  • Maintain ward equipment, supplies, and emergency preparedness.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
