Job Description

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with the right attitude may be considered.


Store Operations

Open and close the store as per schedule.

Keep the store clean, organised and presentable.

Arrange yoga mats, props, fitness and wellness products properly.

Ensure products are properly displayed and labelled.

Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information.

Support the owner/sales team during customer visits.


Required Skills

Basic understanding of stock handling.

Basic smartphone knowledge.

Ability to use WhatsApp.

Basic reading/writing in English or Hindi/Marathi.

Good physical fitness for handling yoga mats, cartons and other products.

Honest, punctual and responsible.

Willingness to learn ecommerce order fulfilment.


Preferred

Previous experience in retail, warehouse, ecommerce or sports/fitness products.

Basic knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/GeM dispatch processes.

Experience using inventory/billing software is an advantage.
