Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Support day-to-day hub activities, step in for Hub Account Managers when needed, and supervise dispatch and debrief processes. [1, 2]
- Safety Management: Enforce and continually improve safety rules at the delivery station. [1]
- Team Supervision: Lead logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates or drivers. [1, 2]
- Performance Coaching: Monitor team productivity, handle training needs, and coach staff to meet operational goals (KPIs). [1, 2]
- Partner Communication: Work closely with delivery service providers, store partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth outbound shipments and volume balance. [1, 2]
