Really Agritech is a rapidly growing B2B agricultural machinery company involved in the import, distribution, sales and development of agricultural machinery across India. We have a large dealer network and are expanding our sales, marketing, operations, service and manufacturing teams.

Role: HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, good understanding of hiring for sales, marketing, technical, warehouse, service, manufacturing and corporate roles, and the ability to close positions quickly.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.

* Understand job requirements from department heads and prepare/coordinate suitable hiring plans.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.

* Screen candidates through initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.

* Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.

* Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups and candidate communication.

* Negotiate salary, notice period and joining dates.

* Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.

* Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.

* Build talent pools for frequently required positions.

* Track recruitment KPIs such as open positions, profiles sourced, interviews, selections, offers and joining ratio.

* Support onboarding and joining formalities.

* Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

* Continuously explore new and cost-effective recruitment sources.

Candidate Requirements

* Strong experience in volume and lateral hiring.

* Experience hiring for sales and technical roles will be preferred.

* Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.

* Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management.

* Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.

* Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

* Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who can own recruitment rather than simply coordinate interviews.

The person should be capable of independently handling multiple vacancies, actively sourcing candidates, pushing the hiring process, negotiating with candidates and ensuring that selected candidates actually join.
