Technical Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION – BACK OFFICE / TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

Industry: HVAC Manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory

Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant mechanical/manufacturing experience preferred

Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, edit and correct GA Drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.

- Coordinate with clients for drawing approvals and incorporate revisions.

- Prepare and revise QAP (Quality Assurance Plans) and coordinate with clients for approvals.

- Prepare detailed Job Cards / Work Instructions based on customer POs and technical requirements.

- Prepare Technical & Commercial Quotations based on customer enquiries, specifications and drawings.

- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Factory and Quality teams for smooth order execution.

- Handle technical coordination with clients before and after order confirmation.

- Maintain Daily MIS Reports.

- Visit the factory as required for technical coordination.

- Support product standardization, improvement and new product development.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD software.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

- Good technical and documentation skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- HVAC manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
