Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to international customers and prospective leads.
- Promote Shaadi.com’s premium membership plans and subscription services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and convincing skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international telesales.
- Recent international process experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have relevant sales experience; customer support-only experience will not be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
