Job Description:


  • Contact prospective and existing customers via phone to promote membership packages.
  • End to end membership sales
  • Explain membership features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable membership plan.
  • Handle customer objections and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Process membership enrollments and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
