Job Description

  • Second Voice Calling & Lead Closure
  • Responsible for taking second voice calls to validate customer interest and complete telephonic closure for insurance products.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance during call conversations.
  • Lead Follow‑Up & Conversion
  • Conduct regular and timely follow-ups on assigned insurance leads.
  • Maintain strong lead hygiene and ensure maximum conversion from the given funnel.
  • Insurance Sales Process Understanding
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of end‑to‑end insurance sales processes.
  • Work in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Vendor Coordination & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain a healthy working relationship with vendor employees to support business growth.
  • Collaborate effectively to generate consistent and quality revenue for the department and organization.
  • Target Achievement
  • Deliver monthly sales targets consistently as per business requirements.
  • Ensure performance improvement month-on-month with proper tracking of KPIs.
