Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reaching out to potential or existing customers via phone calls using the bank's database to pitch financial products.
- Product Pitching: Explaining, promoting, and selling IDFC FIRST Bank's retail products. This usually includes credit cards, personal loans, saving accounts, or cross-selling insurance policies.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the banking process to earn additional performance incentives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Directing prospects through the initial application process, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Data Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and pipeline sales in the bank's CRM software.
