Job Description


  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude and make them feel comfortable.
  • Take food and beverage orders correctly and make sure they are served promptly.
  • Understand the menu and help guests with basic recommendations whenever needed.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
  • Keep tables and dining areas clean, neat, and ready for the next guest.
  • Attend to guest requests and handle concerns politely and professionally.
  • Help with table setup, clearing, and resetting during service.
  • Follow proper hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
  • Support the team during busy hours and help maintain smooth restaurant operations.
  • Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are important for this role.
