Job Description
Billing Executive – Bhima JewelleryLocation: Thanjavur
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing and invoice generation accurately.
- Process cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions.
- Verify product details, pricing, discounts and billing information.
- Maintain daily billing and transaction records.
- Handle returns, exchanges and billing-related customer queries.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts and showroom teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure billing accuracy.
- Prepare daily billing and collection reports.
- Handle cash reconciliation and handover as per company procedures.
- Ensure smooth and efficient checkout experience for customers.
- Follow company policies, security procedures and internal controls.
Skills Required:
- Good numerical and accounting skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing software / POS / ERP.
- Good MS Excel and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible and comfortable handling financial transactions.
- Jewellery/retail billing experience will be an added advantage.
