Hub Manager

Manage end-to-end daily hub operations, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.Ensure timely shipment processing while meeting productivity and SLA targets.Supervise, guide, and motivate delivery associates and hub staff.Plan manpower requirements and maintain adequate staffing levels.Coordinate rider hiring, onboarding, attendance, and shift allocation.Monitor shipment flow and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.Ensure accurate scanning, inventory management, and shipment reconciliation.Track daily operational KPIs and prepare MIS/reports for management.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety, and security standards.Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and operational efficiency within the hub.Handle customer escalations, delivery issues, and exception cases effectively.Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate with transport teams for timely movement.Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.Drive continuous process improvements to reduce costs and improve operational performance.
