Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Jio Point Assistant Manager to manage store operations, drive customer acquisition, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves achieving sales and revenue targets, managing inventory, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of customer service at the Jio Point store.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & SalesEnsure a delightful and seamless customer experience at the store.
• Acquire new customers through the sale of Jio SIMs, AirFiber, and other Jio products and services.
• Achieve monthly acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize store performance.
• Customer ServiceProvide post-sales support and service to walk-in customers.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Store OperationsManage day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure smooth functioning of store systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store readiness.
• Inventory & Supply Chain ManagementEnsure stock availability of products, accessories, and promotional materials.
• Maintain supply chain stability and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Merchandising & VisibilityEnsure proper product merchandising and visibility as per company guidelines.
• Maintain branding, promotional displays, and visual merchandising standards within the store.
