Job Description
Role:
Asst Manager - Outsoursing
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop local fabrication, sheet metal, machining, or casting vendors in and around Chennai hubs.
- Perform on-site quality and capacity audits at vendor shops.
- Solve line-rejection issues alongside suppliers using Root Cause Analysis (8D / 5 Whys).
- Maintain vendor scorecards checking on-time delivery (OTD) and quality metrics Etc.
