Telecaller

A Telecollection Executive contacts customers via phone to recover overdue payments, negotiate repayment schedules, and maintain accurate financial records while meeting daily or monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make high-volume phone calls to customers or clients with pending dues, EMIs, or overdue invoices.
• Negotiation & Recovery: Explain outstanding balances clearly and negotiate realistic, compliant repayment plans.
• Record Keeping: Update call logs, payment commitments, and customer status notes accurately in CRM or collection software.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and call-volume metrics (often up to 150+ calls per day).
• Customer Service & Escalation: Handle sensitive financial discussions and objections with patience, empathy, and professionalism, escalating complex or disputed accounts as needed.
• Compliance & Reporting: Adhere strictly to industry regulations, ethical debt-collection laws, and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or any Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, debt collection, BPO, banking/NBFC recovery, or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
• Emotional Resilience: Ability to handle high call volumes, customer rejection, and stressful or confrontational conversations calmly.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets, and CRM or collection dialer tools

Typical Compensation & Work Setup

• Work Mode: Mostly full-time, on-site office roles (though hybrid or work-from-home options exist).
• Salary Range (India): Typically ₹14,500 to ₹25,000+ take-home per month, plus performance-based recovery incentives and benefits like PF or medical insurance
